Uber Eats is up to 30% of an order it delivers, and 33% on Uber One (Uber Eats UK pricing, checked 6 October 2026). Collection or your own delivery is 13%, and there is a £650 activation fee to start. These rates are charged before VAT, so add 20% on top.

Your card cost is Stripe’s UK rate of 1.5% + 20p, plus our 1%. That is 2.5% + 20p all in on a UK consumer card. On a £25 card order it comes to about £0.83, and you keep £24.17. A business or commercial card costs more, 3.8% + 20p. The monthly fee is from £50, set up with you. Stripe UK pricing checked 3 October 2026; the all-in rate is derived in AGENCY-DEP-20.

What you get with your own site

We build your site from your Google listing, with your menu and prices on it. Customers order for collection or from your own drivers, and the card payment goes to your own Stripe account. Each order prints in your kitchen and lands in your inbox. There is no contract, and you can pause ordering when the kitchen is slammed.

Questions owners ask.

Do I have to leave Uber Eats?
No, most shops keep it for the reach and use their own site for the regulars who would come back anyway. The difference is that a direct order pays no commission on top. You decide how much of each you want.
Who holds the money?
You do, because card payments go straight into your own Stripe account in your business name. The money never sits with us. There is nobody to chase to be paid out.
What does the £650 go on?
The £650 is Uber Eats’ own activation fee, which bundles a tablet and a printer. With rowbo you buy a Star CloudPRNT printer once, and there is no activation fee. The monthly fee is from £50.
