Rowbo started with one website, built for one person. Phoebe’s mother needed somewhere to send guests that wasn’t a listing page. Tom built it over a weekend. It took a few hours and it changed how her bookings worked.

Then we did the arithmetic. There are thousands of people renting out a cottage, a spare annexe, a converted barn — good at hosting, busy, and with no interest whatsoever in learning a website builder. They rent space on someone else’s platform because the alternative costs a fortnight and a headache. That’s the whole problem. So we built the thing that makes it take thirty seconds instead.
