What is happening to GloriaFood.

Oracle, which owns GloriaFood, has stopped taking new restaurants. Reports put the end of the service in 2027: some say 31 March, others 30 April. Either way, a restaurant on GloriaFood has a few months to move before the orders stop.

GloriaFood has not posted a dated notice we could find, so these dates come from third-party reports, checked 6 October 2026.

What closes with it.

  • The ordering buttons on your site stop when GloriaFood does.
  • The menu you built there, and the widget that takes the order, go with it.
  • If your website was GloriaFood’s own page, that goes too.
  • The orders you were taking at no cost have to come from somewhere else.

How we move you across.

  1. We build your new site

We read your Google listing and build your site from it, with your menu and prices on the page. Send us your GloriaFood menu and we match it, item for item.

  2. You check it over

Go through the menu, the prices, your hours and the postcodes you deliver to. Fix anything that is wrong before a single order comes in.

  3. Orders come to you

Turn the order button on when you are happy. Orders print in your kitchen, and the card money goes straight to your own Stripe account, in your name.

What it costs.

Your card cost is Stripe’s UK rate of 1.5% + 20p, plus our 1%. That is 2.5% + 20p all in on a UK consumer card. On a £25 card order it comes to about £0.83, and you keep £24.17. A business or commercial card costs more, 3.8% + 20p. The monthly fee is from £50, set up with you. Stripe UK pricing checked 3 October 2026; the all-in rate is derived in AGENCY-DEP-20.

Questions owners ask.

Do I have to move before the shutdown?
It is safest to move before the orders stop, so there is no gap. We can have your new site ready to check in a couple of days. You switch the order button on when you are ready.
Can you copy my GloriaFood menu?
Yes, send us the menu and we rebuild it on your new site, item for item. Your Google listing gives us the photos and the hours to start. You check the lot before anything goes live.
What will it cost me?
The monthly fee is from £50, set up with you, plus a little on each card payment. Card money goes straight to your own Stripe account. There is no contract, so you can stop whenever you want.
